I Actually Want Someone Else’s Opinion (Plus a Survey and Cool Stuff Like That)

Hullo, my people.

I don’t have much for you today. However, I have been toying with minor improvements to my blog and such, and I find that I want your advice.

Yeah. I want an opinion besides my own.

This is a monumental occasion.

ANYWAY. I actually am curious about what you ducklings have to say about my blog. And since I DEFINITELY don’t want to be the lofty, stuck up blog hostess, never asking her readers’ opinions, I put together this cool survey thingy, just for me *cough* I mean you.

I would be much obliged if you’d spare a few moments of your totally not-busy day to take it.

The Sarcastic Elf Survey

Yes, I only really did this because I’ve wanted to make a survey for forever, and this was finally my chance. And yes, at one point, I almost spelled “professionalism” as “porffessionalism”.

It was my fingers’ fault, okay? Don’t judge.

Anyway, thank you so much, and have a lovely week full of snow and horrible wintry stuff!

*parades off*

PS. Oh, and let us take this moment to appreciate the fact that my last post, The 60 Page Theory, accidentally happened to be the 60th post on this site.

I still feel slightly mind-blown by that one.

  1. Sarah,
We are actually having sixty five to seventy degree weather down here, so no snow. We are praying for all of y’all up there with all those storms.

Now I shall leave to make my opinion known.

*disappears in a swirl of paper ribbons*

    1. Rub it in, why dontcha… *glowers* We had no power or heat during twenty-three degree weather, thank you very much.
Though the prayers are very much appreciated. 😊

      1. Sorry. I honestly did not mean to rub it in. Sometimes I rashly say things and don’t think them through. I would send you firewood and matches and a batter powered heaters and even a generator if I could, but sadly I can’t. And so I must pray.

        1. Well never fear, darlin’, because I was joking anyway.

*gratefully accepts all the survival gear, even though you didn’t actually send it* It’s the thought that counts. 😉

  2. I’m interested to know if there’ll be any feedback to the feedback. Like, maybe a blog post about your thoughts on the answers?

Also, I love surveys. So thanks ever so. 😀

  3. That was cool. I like surveys. (Even if it IS hard to coherently answer some of the questions. *flat stare*) I can tell you had WAY too much fun creating it.

And the 60th post thing—good GRIEF.

    1. I have confused half my population. *pumps fist* Mission accomplished. 😂
I did have a lot of fun though… honestly, I have wanted to make one of these things for SO LONG…

Anna and I were flipping out about that. Best coincidence ever.

  4. WHOA *mind blown* 60th post?! AHH HA, that’s great! X’D
Anyway, I did your survey. Understandably… *shrugs*
    Erm, uhhh, BEAST OUT!
*disappears to avoid an awkward silence*

    1. Thanks! ❤

Oh, and I looked into the email problem you mentioned, and for some reason, you’re not in my followers. I know you followed, because it wasn’t too long ago and I remember it coming through. But for some strange reason, your email disappeared from the list. *rolls eyes* Silly technology. Anyway, if you sign up again, that should probably fix the problem. If you’re still not getting emails, come back and tell me and I’ll try something else.

  5. Congrats on the 60th post! It’s pretty ironic how that turned out XD Randomly, I heard something similar about the date that Tolkien died: 1973 (three rings for the elves, seven for the dwarfs, nine for men, one to rule them all) 😛

    Just did the survey 🙂

  6. One thing that I think would vastly improve your blog that wasn’t mentioned in the survey is sending free pizzas to all of your followers on a fictional character’s birthday. Of course, with the amount of fictional characters existing in the world today, I think it’s safe to assume that every day is someone’s birthday. So, basically sending free pizzas every day. Alternatively, if you don’t want to spend that much on pizzas, you can just send them to me. 😀 My favorite is taco.
Anyways, I think it would be a great idea to consider. Hope that helps!

    1. Your words are true blogging wisdom, oh thou great INFP. I shall most certainly take free delivery of pizza into consideration. A great improvement to my blog, to be sure. 😂
