A Brief Lesson on Canadian Culture

July 7, 2017July 7, 2017by Sarah Baran11 Comments on A Brief Lesson on Canadian Culture

At this point, you all know that I'm a nut-case and speak sarcasm like a second language. You may also know that my sister Anna is an epic person who belongs in Lord of the Rings, and my mother identifies with a Mop. But something you may not know about me is that once upon [...]

Wild Road Trips and Prince Caspian Productions—Part 3

June 26, 2017August 1, 2019by Sarah Baran25 Comments on Wild Road Trips and Prince Caspian Productions—Part 3

You thought I was done, didn't you? HA. Nope. I'm going to drivel on a bit more. See, on our way home from Greenville, we found the COOLEST little town in North Carolina. We stopped to eat, and take a walk through this park thing which turned out to be a college campus. (Oops.) There [...]

Wild Road Trips and Prince Caspian Productions—Part 2

June 22, 2017August 1, 2019by Sarah Baran9 Comments on Wild Road Trips and Prince Caspian Productions—Part 2

Welcome to part 2 of our road trip. May the odds be ever in your favor. Okay. I said in my last post that we were in Greenville to see a play of Prince Caspian, and that was where my specificity ended. So, I'll elaborate. This is not just any cheesy high-school play. This is [...]

Wild Road Trips and Prince Caspian Productions—Part 1

June 19, 2017August 1, 2019by Sarah Baran12 Comments on Wild Road Trips and Prince Caspian Productions—Part 1

I'm not slacking off on posting, really. (Though that wouldn't be beneath me.) See, last week, my family was traveling down to South Carolina to see a play of Prince Caspian (more on that later), and between that and having the brain cells of a flea, I wasn't able to write anything. Which, technically, was [...]

Hey, you!

–I’M SARAH–

Oddball sarcasm enthusiast, INTJ, and Christian teenager whose main ambition in life is to glorify my Savior while writing stories that convict and inspire. Welcome to my haven of cheerful stupidity: a place where wisecracks abound, geekiness is encouraged, and I endeavor to show the world that finding joy in the little things of life will make you happier than a hobbit.

I also have a tendency to fry people’s minds. Read on at your own risk.

Because don't you want to get a lovely little notification every time I write something profound?

plants are an invasive species.
To the people who made 2020 become what it was for me, words cannot express how lucky I am to exist in the same universe as you, and how ineffably grateful I am for everything you’ve been and continue to be.
Another commission (that I forgot to post) for the gloriously talented mother of emotionally traumatized characters, @hannahrobinsonauthor!!!
